To conveniently track your item, simply visit the Royal Mail website and enter the provided tracking number.

Refunds & Returns

For any other return enquiries please contact us at help@zippedmenswear.co.uk where we can help you with return queries.

Our aim is to handle returns within 5-7 working days upon their receipt. Rest assured, you will receive an email notification once the return process is finalised.

We recommend keeping a record of the shipping reference provided when you sent the item back. This reference will enable you to track your parcel at each stage of delivery, including its arrival at our warehouse. Upon receiving your item(s), our returns department will carefully examine and restock the merchandise. Once this process is completed, an automated refund is generated in our system.

Subsequently, your outstanding refund will be processed by our accounts department and returned to your original payment method. Typically, this procedure takes approximately 5-7 working days. Please ensure that when returning your products, you include the original invoice, as omitting it may cause a delay in your refund.

In the event that you are returning an item due to it being unsuitable, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return postage. However, if the item is being returned because it is faulty, we will refund both the original shipping costs and provide you with a return label.
